Part One if I may, a miscarriage of justice is a concern to all parties who value integrity.
I take us back for a moment, to a court room drama where I was attempted to present my evidence of innocence, when you understand 2 things 1, I have recovered some of my memory, as a result of 12 steps. 2, I was shut down by a judge when attempting to bring up legislation contained in the workplace health and safety act. you will realize how the law can be twisted to suit the system if you have only a basic knowledge of law. I attempted to mention the safety act because it contains a section where a safe outdoor helmet is described and recommended. My appeal failed 3 or 4 times , and I was pronounced guilty. The Judge insisting the safety act was not connected to my use of a bicycle helmet. But that's not why I wanted to bring in this act of legislation, not as it relates to the present charges but because it contains the recommendation for safe outdoor headgear. All include a wide brim due to the high risk outdoors. I understand the risk having already had skin cancer. The thought of having to use this unmodified device is causing fear. By imposing this law they step over the line and cause fear. Leave a comment to get notified of part2s release.
