Add one friend. this simple action is powerful because of the power of multiplication.  When you have added a friend  who is agreeing with the need to take action the power kicks into action upon the 2nd iteration when you take the 2nd step and make it 2 friends both of whom agree upon the urgent need for action. More Links-Plus2.com with these 2 friends connected to follow your example the killing will eventually stop, a third person in your group/tribe isn't necessary  to make the killing  eventually stop but it would no doubt be a good idea.
