1. Are you certified/licensed? A; Working on it now, I have 2nd hand dealers permit, (if I want it). A security clearance for working in the airport, a taxi license (needs updating)
2. What assurance do investors have that this is not a Ponzi Scheme? A; We must be licensed to accept foreign investment by the foreign investment review board. The company must declare investment interests and investors will conduct due diligence.  (See also answer to #3)
3. What assurance that our investment will be spent on the intended items and not used on something else? A; We passed the litmus test for integrity at the Global Challenges Collaboration https://www.facebook.com/groups/GlobalChallengesCollaboration/
4. Do you have a prospectus? No shares are not being issued. The deal is a silent partnership. Statements of income and expenditure will be available weekly.  
5. Will money be held in escrow by reliable bank and distributed only when needed during execution? Yes, investors funds must held in the banks development trust account. Spending is over seen by the trustees, investors get regular bank account statements from the trust.
6. Who has the knowledge and experience for building a hemp business - within your company and committed outside advisors or experts? A; I am a system thinker and jack of all trades, my skills are well suited to farming and product development, besides Hemp grows like a weed. 
7. Contingency plan if project comes in over the $4 million investment target? Contingency strategy involves expansion into seed oil production and hemp plastic, when and if the profits from hemp building panels are not meeting the costs of keeping the farm running. 
8. How much equity are you and other employees investing in total $ and % of $4M? Planned compensation for you, expert advisors, employees, and other partners outside of us investors? A; We are a farmer collaboration of environmentalist, we are not investors. Other partners holding equity are listed on our website and with a plaque in our Forward Thinking hall of fame development.
9. Finally, why should I invest in your project when I have other options for closed-end private investment opportunities with experienced teams that have proven business record?
